Collective Membership & Public Verification · Philadelphia, PA

Members of Autonomous

Unlike traditional organizations that measure success by how large their membership roster grows, Autonomous operates as a catalyst. A focused collective of peers equipped with shared methods, open-source infrastructure, and disciplined workflows can catalyze neighborhood-scale self-determination in Philadelphia without ever turning into a sprawling bureaucracy.

Our membership is completely unstratified: there are no bosses, ranks, officers, or "featured" VIPs, and people are never divided into permanent public "circles" or "focus area memberships." Every profile below represents an inducted Member of Autonomous, the active Projects they organize and manage, the Mandates ratified by the collective, and their cryptographically verifiable W3C Decentralized Identifier (did:web).

Artifact & Media Provenance
To neutralize bad-jacketing, forged directives, and impersonation, an Autonomous Base Collective establishes unforgeable cryptographic provenance: verifying who issued a statement and what mandates they hold without relying on state IDs or corporate gatekeepers.

Verify a Member ID, Dispatch Checksum, or Media File

Nothing from Autonomous asks for blind faith. Use the portal below to verify a member’s Registry ID (such as MEM-000), initiate a live in-person authentication challenge (Signal-style QR Passkey, single-use Burnable Word, or Rotating Security Question), or drag and drop any downloaded PDF, image, audio dispatch, or video file to verify its exact binary SHA-256 checksum locally on your device.

Autonomous Public Verification & Media Integrity Portal

Verify any member by the Name, Phone Number, or Registry ID (e.g. MEM-000) they use in furtherance of collective aims, verify any Dispatch or Media ID (DISPATCH-*, MEDIA-*), or drop a downloaded file below to verify its binary SHA-256 checksum.

Notice on Physical Media: Physical Verification Notice: This cryptographic seal certifies our official digital record. A genuine QR code or checksum can be copied onto forged physical material.
Verify a Downloaded Media File, Image, Audio, Video, or PDF (Zero Upload)
Click to select a file or drag & drop it here. Your browser computes the binary SHA-256 hash locally on your device and checks it against our signed media ledger.

How People Join Autonomous

Autonomous has a closed, invitation-only membership policy. You cannot buy membership with dues or join by filling out a paper form. Instead, individuals get involved by volunteering alongside us on concrete community projects through our Outreach Pipeline:

  1. Connection: Reach out through our Volunteer Pathway to share your skills, interests, and availability.
  2. Exploration in Real Work: Pitch in on active workdays, study groups, software sprints, or media shoots so we build real relational trust.
  3. Invitation & Induction: Prospective members are invited by consensus of the collective, paired with a Peer Guide, and provisioned with their sovereign MEM-* credential and private vault.
