Autonomous operates as an Autonomous Base Collective (ABC) dedicated to building classless social relations. We reject surveillance capitalism and data extraction. Our technical infrastructure is chosen to build collective capacity and protect community participants from state, corporate, and carceral overreach.

We collect only the personal information you voluntarily provide through our Three-Spoke Contact setup:

• Community Support Requests (/contact/support): Name, preferred contact method (phone/Signal/email), general neighborhood in Philadelphia, and description of the material or conflict need.
• Volunteer Submissions (/contact/volunteer): Name, pronouns, email, phone/Signal, neighborhood, areas of interest, practical trades or lived experience, and availability.
• Inter-Group Partnership Proposals (/contact/collaborate): Organization or collective name, primary liaison contact details, proposed initiative title, and shared liberatory goals.

Information submitted through our forms is used solely to respond to your support request, coordinate volunteer participation on active projects, or evaluate peer collaboration. We do NOT profile visitors, build advertising dossiers, or sell contact data to third parties.

Autonomous ABC uses Quo (formerly OpenPhone) for telephone and SMS coordination. When you check the text messaging consent box on our forms, you agree to receive SMS communications regarding your specific inquiry. Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.

Explicit Non-Disclosure: We will not share your opt-in data or consent with any third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that communication. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.

Our website and Catalytic Resource Planner (crp) operate on self-hosted, provider-agnostic infrastructure using the Frappe v16.50 framework, SQLite local-first development, and encrypted 3-2-1 offsite backups. We do not use third-party tracking pixels, commercial advertising cookies, or corporate cloud transcription servers for community media.

Because you hold sovereignty over your data, you have the right at any time to request a complete copy of the information associated with your contact record, request corrections, or ask that your contact details and form submissions be permanently deleted from our CRP records.
